The Vostok Amphibia
This a rare model. An Amphibia Cosmonaut
On an 18mm zulu
A new addition. This blue submarine Amphibia is no longer available, to the best of my knowledge. Same basic watch just with a different color. Picture was taken by the seller, a PMWF.com member and is used with his permission btw.

I have found that WHO you buy your russian watch from is more important then which russian watch you buy. If they don't have a phone number, my advice is to not purchase. If they have a phone number but don't answer, think twice. I have 2. One is Orion Skeleton, one is Vostock quartz chronograph. Bezel on Vostock is not working properly.
Good advice. On ebay, the first thing I check is the sellers feedback rating. If its below 98, I stay away.
Hello, is possible to have more information about the cosmonaut model? Is awesome!!
I wish I could give you more info about the cosmonaut but it is a rare bird indeed. As far as I can tell, it was not made after the wall came down. You just have to be persistent and search ebay to see what comes up.
Bill here, I too have owned many watches and several are Russian. I bought a Kommanderski wrist watch and liked it very much. I found however after wearing it daily for several months that my wrist reacted with the plating in backside of the watch case. The plating started to erode while the stainless back cover was fine. I have since made sure the casing of any watch I buy is stainless. I now own just one Russian watch, a Marathon/Molnya train pocket watch. Occasionally I take it out and wind it up just to hear it tick. Love that old technology!

I see it now. Two o'clock crown Komandirskie case with a submarine dial. Very nice. Looks like its in good shape too. Enjoy it. The 2414a movement in that one is known for its durability
